Financial Mastery Learning Program

Build practical expense tracking skills through hands-on experience and peer collaboration. Starting September 2025.

Our Teaching Approach

We've spent years figuring out what actually works when teaching expense tracking. Most programs throw theory at you and hope it sticks. Ours doesn't work that way.

You'll work with real financial data from day one. Not made-up scenarios or textbook examples — actual expense reports, budgets, and tracking systems that businesses use every day.

  • Start with your own spending patterns and build from there
  • Learn three different tracking methods, then pick what fits your style
  • Work through common mistakes in a safe environment
  • Practice with different income levels and family situations
  • Build systems you can actually stick with long-term

By week four, you're not just understanding concepts — you're using them to solve real problems. That's when things start to click.

Learning Together Works Better

Here's something we noticed early on: people learn expense tracking faster when they're not doing it alone. So we built our program around that.

You'll work in small groups of 4-5 people throughout the program. Different backgrounds, different financial situations, different goals. That diversity turns out to be incredibly valuable.

Weekly Group Sessions

Every Tuesday evening, your group tackles a new tracking challenge together. You'll see how others approach the same problems you're facing.

Peer Review System

Share your tracking setup with someone else in your group. Get feedback from people who understand the real challenges.

Problem-Solving Partners

When you hit a roadblock with your budget, you've got built-in support from people going through the same process.

Ongoing Connections

Most groups stay in touch after the program ends. Having that accountability makes a real difference long-term.

Common Questions About the Program

We've organized these by when people typically ask them during their decision process

Before You Enroll

Do I need any specific software or apps?
Nope. We'll teach you methods that work with whatever you prefer — spreadsheets, apps, or even pen and paper. The principles are what matter.
What if I'm terrible with numbers?
That's actually pretty common. We focus on practical systems, not complex math. If you can add and subtract, you can handle this.
How much time does this really take?
About 3-4 hours per week. Two hours for the group session, plus time to work on your own tracking system.

During & After the Program

What happens if I fall behind?
Your group and instructor will help you catch up. We've built flexibility into the schedule because life happens.
Can I get help after the program ends?
Yes. You keep access to our online resources, plus most study groups continue meeting informally.
Will this work with my irregular income?
We specifically cover freelance and variable income tracking. It requires different approaches, but they're totally manageable.

Next Program Starts September 2025

Applications open in June. We keep groups small, so spots fill up pretty quickly.
